At Kaantam, we strive to get your handmade natural skincare products to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Order Processing & Dispatch All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. During peak periods, dispatch may take up to 3 business days. Orders are not dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.
Shipping Charges We offer free shipping on all orders across both domestic and international destinations.
India Shipping Domestic orders are shipped via Shiprocket and delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
International Shipping International orders are shipped via ShipGlobal and typically delivered within 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country. We ship on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis — all customs duties, taxes, and import fees are included in your order total. You will have no additional charges upon delivery.
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. You can use these to monitor your shipment in real time.
