Are Kaantam products 100% natural?
Yes! All our products are handmade using carefully selected natural ingredients, free from harmful chemicals, parabens, and artificial preservatives.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our products are formulated with natural ingredients suitable for most skin types. However, we always recommend performing a patch test before use, especially if you have sensitive or allergy-prone skin.

How do I do a patch test?
Apply a small amount of the product on the inside of your wrist or elbow. Wait 24 hours and check for any reaction before applying to larger areas.

What is the shelf life of your products?
Our products typically have a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture. Please refer to the label on each product for specific details.

How should I store my Kaantam products?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Some products like our Whipped Body Butter are best stored below 30°C to maintain their texture.

How do I place an order?

Can I modify my order after placing it?

How long does dispatch take?
We dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. During peak periods, dispatch may take up to 3 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders, both within India and internationally.

How long will delivery take?
Within India, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after dispatch. International orders are delivered within 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis — no additional customs duties or taxes upon delivery.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.


Refunds & Cancellations

Can I return a product?
Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene products, we do not accept returns on opened or used products. All sales are final once dispatched.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us at info@kaantam.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will offer you a refund or replacement.

Can I cancel my order?
