Creator Collaboration
Thank you for your interest in collaborating with Kaantam 🌿 Please read the terms below carefully. Submitting this form means you agree to all of them.
Kaantam Creator Collaboration Terms
- Barter collaboration. This is a product-gifting collaboration. Kaantam sends the product free of cost in exchange for the agreed content (1 reel and 1 story within 15 days of delivery). No payment is involved.
- Ads are at Kaantam's discretion. Allowing ad usage does not mean ads will be run. Kaantam decides after reviewing the content. Please do not follow up or request that ads be run.
- Content usage. Kaantam may repost, share, and use the content on its social media, website, and in paid ads, with no additional payment.
- Content stays live. The reel remains live for at least 90 days. If it is removed earlier, the product value and shipping cost will be payable to Kaantam.
- Respectful communication. All communication stays professional. Threats, pressure, or using content removal as leverage will end the collaboration immediately.
- Concerns go to us first. Any concern is raised privately at care@kaantam.com, with proof, and not posted publicly or shared with other creators.
- Disclosure. Tag the post as a gifted collaboration (#gifted / #collab), as ASCI guidelines require.
- Future collaborations. Kaantam may choose not to work with creators who do not follow these terms.
